This Rise course quickly covers the most commonly used work orders that the maintenance team receives. I sourced several images of the interior and exterior of homes and utilized Rise's labeled graphic block to highlight areas of the home and provide further information as to what could go wrong.

Camtasia was the first video editing software I learned to use. It will always be near and dear to my heart. We received a video from a technician who was in the field, recorded from his iPhone and I was able to use Camtasia to remove the original audio, resize, trim, splice and add subtitles as the video progressed through the installation steps. intro to yardi
Yardi is a popular property management software and I was tasked with creating a video walkthrough of the software. On this project, I partnered with a subject matter expert who provided me the screenshots and videos needed. Using Camtasia, I was able to stitch all of these components together to give the learner a seamless walkthrough of the interface while AI provided the narration.
